Has anyone seen this message. This is happening on 9620 IP phones that are on firmware 3.17b. Its at a small site with 10 phones. Just out of the blue the phone will popup with the Authentication failed.., press cancel to continue.
Pressing cancel the phone comes back to the extension list and works just fine. It doesn't happen to all the phones at the same time just one or two. I scoured the Avaya docs for that message and haven't been able to find anything. We have 6k plus 9620s all on the same firmware and it's just this one site.
