I want to configure one vpn phone to be able to make and recieve calls from my home (on DSL internet connection)
In my Company I have IPO500v2 on R8.1, one public ip address and one Juniper SSG router.
I want to use 9620 as vpn phone.
What are the steps to make it running? Avaya says that the configuration does not require any vpn concentrator equipment with ip office system.
Can anyone help me?

What Avaya sais is pointing to the "new" vpn procedure which is not really vpn but something like that. I advise you not to take that path but use the build in VPN client in the phone.
Read the 46xx and 96xx network administrator docs and read the docs about configuring the Juniper for VPN phones

A simple mind delivers great solutions

I suppose that everything is the same on 9620 phone, procedure and configuration?
What is happening with IP Softphone, can I use it via Juniper vpn client on my OC?
What about NAT?
