9611G with IPO 8.0(66) loosing buttons

Hi all, we have a 8.0(66) unit that has 9611G connected to it and some feature buttons programmed.

Randomly and over time and despite config not changing, the feature buttons for some users are forgotten, and the phone reverts to pretty much a blank interface where calls can be received, can be placed, but options like transfer etc are not shown.

Any ideas please? We have updated the firmware on all phones, but the issue remains.

The usual cause of an issue like this is someone merging back changes from a configuration that had been left open from some time ago.
open a fresh coy of the Config & check the Audit trail

Never leave manager open
Always open a fresh config before making changes.
