Hi All,
I upgraded from 10.1.0 to 10.1 SP1. One of the 9608 phones is now caught in a firmware boot loop. All other phones (mix of 9608's and 9608G's) all upgraded fine.
Here's what's happening:
Phone boots, and is able to grab both the 96x1Hupgrade.txt and 46xxxsettings.txt files with no problem (I see "200" on the screen).
Phone then goes and grabs the S9608_11HALBR#_#_#_##_V###.tar (# because I've tried at least 4 versions).
- On the HFS server I can see the file is sent 100%
- On the phone I will see "File Obtained, Saving to Flash" and it will start to count up and get to between 72% and 100%.
- The phone then reboots, OR, when it gets to 100%, it sometimes asks for the next file, S96x1_UKR_V####_V#####.tar. But most of the time it reboots.
- If it asks for the next file, I can see in HFS that the file is sent 100%, but the phone appears to time out (nothing happening on the screen, and reboot).
I've tried CLEAR and RESET with the same results.
I've tried hard coding IP's for all values, and DHCP (we have option 242 set).
I set up HFS on a computer and pointed the phone to that computer to download the files, and same results.
I've tried firmware versions 6.3.1 up to the most current version, all with the same results.
