9608 call log double on IPOffice 9.1.5

Hey Guys.

Last week I made an upgrade on a scn IPOffice to 9.1.5.Since that upgrade the call log on all my 9608 is double.If I call one extension my number appear 2 times there.Same for redial number's , miss call's and outbound call's.Any idea's how tho fix this?

We have the same issue at a customer site with 9.1.4 but not with our in house system... Strange...
 
You need to open a ticket with Avaya if you have IPOSS. They can provide you with a patch that will take care of that. There are a few call log bugs in 9.1.5. If you do not have IPOSS, service pack 6 should be out later this week as advised by Avaya.

Avaya is supposed to send me the patch tomorrow.

I think i will wait for sp6.

If you get the patch perhaps you can share the build number so that I can ask my AVAYA contact for it.
 
And this is exactly why I never ever upgrade to the latest release, always have bugs
