Has anyone been able to get a 9600 series phone to insert a 9 or 91 in the missed call log using the 46xxsettings.txt file? It appears that the 9600 series phones do not support the "SET PHNOL" command, but I can not find anything to confirm this. I know I could put 91 in as a prefix in my PRI line configuration, but I don't want to see a 91 in front of all my incoming calls. Any help/thoughts/ideas would be appreciated.

You've covered off both options there.

Gotta love Avaya sometimes ;-)

Di d you remove the ## and the space in front of the SET ****** ?????

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Yes, I removed it. It seems to simply ignore that command with or without the ##. Curious if there is anyone out there who has got it to successfully work, and if so what they put in the settings file to make it happen. Never had an issue with the 5600 series phones, but no luck with the 9600's on several installs...

You removed the ## but did you do a mute CRAFT # to clear the values?

I know this doesn't work on the 16xx phones so assumed the same for the 96xx. Are we saying this should work for the 96xx? If so this is good news indeed! ;-)

Could be the same problem when you wan;t to load the screensaver, changing the 46xxsettings is not enough, you need to clear the phone to let it get the 46xxsettings file. Looks when you just reboot the phone it won't get the 46xxsetting file it only checks if the phone has it or not.
