I am trying to program 4 line appearance buttons (lines 701 thru 704) on buttons 1 to 4, and 2 appearance buttons on buttons 7 (a=) and 8 (b=). The LED stays red on button number one which is CO line number one, and every time I go off hook it grabs line one. I need it to grab my appearance buttons 7 or 8. Does the Appearance buttons have to be on button number 1 thru 4 or there is a setting in the system that I can change so the system always grabs the Appearance buttons 7 or 8. Thanks.

IP Office will pick up the first programed appearance button no way to make it pick number 5
reprogram and make the line buttons number 5-8 and with the newer releases you don't need consecutive appearance buttons any more so you won't have problems using 2 CA then 2 other buttons and then the lines.
