930c prints blank pages

Using win98 w/hp930c. When attempting to print email from outlook express... sends blank pages w/occassional **** across top. Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Will print files from other programs. Any Guesses???

I had a problem of blank pages in both outlook and in ie5.5 and found out I had to de-select auto-select in ie5.5's encoding, hope that helps ya lol
