I have an 8700 CM4 definity in which I added a g350 gateway for a remote site. I have IP and analog phones off the g350. I can't seem to route a 911 call over the copper trunk line from the g350 with the IP phones? The analog phones route properly is there a setting somewhere for the IP phones to point to the correct location where my ars 911 routing is?

You should have your IP phones in a network region, on the first page of the network region you should have a location configured, that location number then should be configured in ARS as your G350 network routing. You will also have to build a route to the trunk group of the CO line connected to the G350.

So, if it is location 10, change ars ana location 10 911

Code:
                            ARS DIGIT ANALYSIS TABLE
                                   Location: 1 Percent Full: 3

Dialed Total Route Call Node ANI
String Min Max Pattern Type Num Reqd
    911 3 3 1 emer n
                                                           n

Yes thank you, the piece I was missing was the network map for the range of IP addresses for the phones...
