Our entire office uses DIDs that all route to 911 as needed. (say 222-2200)

Our call center phones (only 6) are configured in our ISDN public to outpulse as our main number. (333-3333) The main number is actually under the control of AT&T, our long distance provider. This is so we can route it easily in the event of emergency. The 6 call center phones show caller ID of 333-3333. The call center management wants it to display this way. The 333-3333 routes to the main number by day and to the 24/7 call center by night.

Is there any way to keep the 333-3333 outpulse the same but have 911 see it as our correct address, or do I need to have the call center phones outpulse one of the DIDs to have them call 911 correctly?

Talking about the call center phones.... Is the "normal" outbound trunk, the same one the 911 is outpulsed over? If not then its a simple fix in the cha ISDN public. Say your normal outbound is TG1, and the 911 is sent over TG2, just have the digit mask show the correct number for TG2.

If you dont have a separate trunk you could still do the same thing you would just need to build the second trunk first. At one of my last companys we just built a separate CO TG and had the 911 calls go out over that.
