911 Calls

Anyone out there using an M1 to process 911 calls for a PSAP? If so, are you using Symposium for the PSAP agents?

I'm interested in what packages or additional software it would take on our Option 81C and SCCS to properly process 911 calls. Any other feedback, input, war stories, etc. are encouraged.

Option 81C at CS 4.5
SCCS at 5.0 (going to 6.0 shortly)
***the PSAP is currently connected via a fiber remote***

there is a package for that, i looked into the specs for a 911 center in the lower half of the state.. like all nortel paperwork it look good in the color ntp's.. i haven't seen anyone here that has that as a customer.. one of my old contacts at sprint may chime in, he's called be with problems on that setup... if he misses this post i give him a call
