911 Alerts to Switchboard - How to ?

I'm thinking I need to rephrase my question ...

I need for the switchboard to receive 911 alerts from the pbx. We have two attendant consoles and we run amcom software on pcs which I guess emulate the console.

What is the best way to send these 911 alerts so that the switchboard operator will see them?

Yes, it's a podcast for implementing 911. There are more videos on the net for creating simple to advanced 911 solutions. Look for the OSN and start reading. It takes some testing to make it work, but it does work.
