Oracle 9.2.0.5
Unusable indexes after loading data using SQL Loader. I know this is a known bug (for direct=true).
How to fix this bug?

Oracle say (Metalink) that this is not a bug, but accepted behaviour - hence no workround

Oracle said:
DIAGNOSTIC ANALYSIS: -------------------- Note that there is no issue here for the fact that the rows are actually loaded and that the index is made UNUSABLE. This is accepted. The problem here is the exit code of SQL*Loader that for a second load (which violates the constraint) in Oracle9i returns '0' (successful), and in Oracle8i '1' (error).

Thank you for your reply.
But in this case problem was in 9.2.0.5 patch, in catpatch.sql simply no call to catcio.sql. Manualy run catcio.sql fix this problem.
