I need to upgrade the firmware of a 8941. I am currently on a CUCM 9.x. Is there a link or does someone have the procedure to do this?

8941 firmware upgrade

The firmware you get from Cisco's website. To install it you upload it to the server on the OS Admin page via DVD or by running a sftp/ftp server.

Would I need to remove the old firmware first, then upload?

I downloaded the firmware files to my desktop, then manually installed it to the TFTP server running on my publisher. However, when I reboot the phone it continues to try and load the old ver. I have removes and replace the files in OS admin, is there another procedure that I need to perform?
