827 Loses Configuration Info

Anyone heard of this happening? I've got a client with an 827 Cisco router that loses setup information. Three times in the last week. Power does not go down, the router is on a UPS. Losing configuration info turns it into a lifeless brick. Any ideas?

Bad ram,nvram, buggy IOS. There was a post on this earlier here if I remember. Search for "router loses config"
