82 mb file jammed in the MTA

I have a file jammed in the MTA causing all my severs to slow down. When I try to delete the file in my que i get a error message saying the file is in the process of being sent. Any suggestion on how to clear this qued message?
 
Stop all services and try again. If you have a Raid system you may have to restart your server.
 
If I perform this task is there a change i could corrupt my Information store?
 
The logs will be rebuild. Your stores cannot be corrupted by deleting a queue file. If your store files are corrupted, Exchange will attempt to autofix it. Make sure you have a backup copy of your store files before you attempt to do anything drastic, as a precaution.
