800 No. Inbound ---?-->Reroute to Cisco 1600/2600 Voip Gateway

Hi Everybody,
I am trying to find a solution to have the 800 inbound Numbers Re-routed to a location B that uses 1600, and 2600 cisco routers and a VOIP Gateway. I want the routing to be depending on time of day [it should re-route only from 5:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m to the location B, other times it should not re-route.
1. What router do I need on my side (2600,3600 or some others)? I need to have 12~24 channels.
2. How to configure it?

I would really appreciate your replies.
