8.6 - barcode scans not going into inventory

I had a failure on a tape library, and replaced the unit. After the replacment and starting BackupExec the next time, it detected the device as a second library, so I had to reconfigure the partitions.
Now when inventories are performed, the library loads each tape into the drives to be read, instead of just scanning the bar code as before.

Any ideas on how to make BackExec scan the barcodes for inventory?

When you run an inventory it will always take the tape and put it in the drive.

What you need to do is either an Initialise or a Scan.
