8.0.42 /7.0.278401 - 9508 r38 - Unable to intercom to users

Little help.
Install with 7.0.278401. All 9508 sets r37. Customer requested and I programmed a button with "Dial Intercom" / xx. When called, it rings the users phone rather that going off speaker.

-Tested on 8.0.42 (new release) - 9508 r38, 96xx, 54xx sets. Unable to intercom to another set from the 9508. However it works fine when initiated from 86xx, 54xx, just not the 9508.

Can anyone confirm for me? ..or did I miss something? Thanks

It works with Release 8.0.18 and 9508 phones
Made button dial intercom then it ask for extn and you need to press the call button.

Got the "dial page" to work earlier thanks. It's a work around for now.
Moved on to testing why we cant seem to get Visual voice working on a button (not using the message button, not system wide).

I don't believe visual voice works on a programmed button on 96XX sets. If you press the Features softkey you can arrow down to Visual Voice and access it that way.

Hmm, is there a way using the "Dial Paging" for intercom that the caller can answer back without lifting the handset? (One way path) I have a 9641 and cant get it.
