7921 Option missing from Call Manager Phone Configuration page

Trying to access the phone book function of the 7921 wireless phone to import the phonebook from another phone into it, in order to access that page, cisco states that in the phone specific configuration area, that you are to change the web access field to Full, and the Phone Book web access field to Allow Admin (as stated on this page from Cisco:

), however, the Phone Book web access field does not exist in our call manager configuration page. And when you try to access the phone book via the webpage administration, you get a "Access to Phone Book via Webpage is not enabled" message. Does anyone here have any knowledge of this issue, and/or know of a way to work around it. We are using Call Manager 4.2(3)SR3, and have the latest firmware available from Cisco for the 7921. Any and all help/advise is greatly appreciated.
