I have an issue with a 7914 not relaying the correct status of lines on it. In a boss / Secy. situation, the Secy. answers the phone call for the boss on HIS line on the 7914. She puts it on hold and there is no indication on the bosses phone (7960) that a call is on hold (not flashing green).
I checked all profiles and they are correct. I also just loaded the latest firmware on his phone.
Any thoughts on where else to look?
