790 cleaning 1

Hello, does anyone know if there is a cleaning procedure for the 790? The black toner stick spilled and my printouts are very black so it seems the black toner is mixing with the other colors.

If you have a "toner bomb" in your machine about the only thing you can do is take the machine apart (remove consumables, top, front and possibly the left side covers) use a toner vacuum and clean the machine. You should use a service vacuum that is made to clean up toner or there is the possiblity that toner will get all over your office or where ever the printer is located.
