Question 1:
I have a 7613 cisco router with two sup 32 engines.what variable determines the running IOS on two active sup engines?

Question 2:
Currently one of my sup 32 engines is in ROMMON mode, if I load my IOS on the failed engine.

A. Will it return two standby HOT
B. Will it supercede the current ACTIVE sup engine.

It shouldn't flip over if the current active one is running. If the second is in rommon then it didn't load right for some reason. Check your boot statements to see if they are right . I assume the IOS's match on the active and the standby sups.

Thanks..Last question for a 7613 what are the boot statements. I don't think there the regular statements are for this model...

ex.

boot system:disk0:
boot system:disk1:

sh flash:disk0

tim@tim-laptop ~ $ sudo apt-get install windows
