The antenna is designed to give signal outside (not provide another building with service) and should be in line of site for best results.

Come to think of it I have never heard of an external antenna for a T7406e.....only DMS and Companions.

Thanks, and I dont know that you can put one on. The 2nd building has its own services, its a seprate business owned by the same person. From time to time calls come into the first, intended for the 2nd... that is why they were looking to a cordless solution. We can provide a transfer service using our CO switch and some programming on the CICS, but they would rather have paging as well.
