7406+ wiring

can someone help with the wiring on a 7406+ set. need to hook it up to a tn754B card with about 700 feet wire. is this done with three pairs or two and a power supply at the desk. have been using 7303 set and hope to move up to digital

Punch your cross cables down on your orange & green pairs.

I don't think you should need a power supply.
