7 digit dialing to 10 digit dialing

Hi Guys I'm new to IP office.. can you walk me to the correct procedures to create a dial out short code for 10 digit dialing. We currently use 7 digits. Thanks in advance.

Can you be a little more specific? What version are you using? Is the 10 digit dialing new to the area? Give as much info as you can.

Diz I Think I figured it out... Ip Office 500 10 digit dialing is new to the area... before we used 7... now we have to include the area code for dial out...

If im right... I should create a series of short codes
code:XXXXXXXXXXN
F: dial 3k1
TN: N
LGID:0

code:N
F: dial 3k1
TN: N
LGID:0

code:1N
F: dial 3k1
TN: N
LGID:0

and add them to ARS?

Is the new 10 digit area code include the whole dialing area? If so then create this:
