How do you convert the databsse on the compact flash to the usb to get it on to the CP MGS card?

Assuming that you are converting from an Option 11c, then you need an archive PCMCIA backup.

All you do is copy the file over to the USB stick and it will convert it. You don't convert it prior to putting it on the USB, the installation converts it for you.
