anyone upgraded from 7.1 to 7.3?

wht r the steps to follow? how to transfer the upfront contents from older to new one?
how to transfer the published PP reports to newer version?

i upgraded the content. the easy method for me was as explained in the PPES 7.3 installation guide, chapter Altername method to Upgrade. this is simple and easy too.
