6x16 dr5 .. can't change button assignments

Okay, I'm sure it's something stupid, but I'm trying to change some button assignments on a system, using N* manager, and having issues.

on SOME of the buttons, I can highlight them, and then click on Program, or Delete assignment, and it works. but on OTHERS it's like the buttons are locked. When I go to program, the options are greyed out.

And it's different from set to set. On one set I can change, say the TRANSFER/CONFERENCE button to Page, but on another IDENTICAL set, it won't let me..

What am I missing ?

Could be "set lock" is turned on full or partial for the sets that won't allow button programming. Check under restrictions.

Yeah but only CERTAIN buttons are locked per set. AFAIK there isn't a way to lock individual buttons ? ??

Full and partial effect different types of buttons, maybe it appears as if it's individual buttons. Just check the Set Lock and you'll know immediately.
