6TC to X700 BOVPN

Hi all, i have a problem connecting a 6TC to my X700 via BOVPN, i am manually creating the tunnel on both and using SHA1- DES and Phase 2 is SHA1 - 3DES. This setup is running fine on 10 of our other branch offices, however this particular one will not connect, the X700 denies the connection and in the traffic monitor when the 6TC tries to connect is saying that its a blocked site.

Spec at the branch office is a 6TC - ADSL Router Netgear DG834, Non nat. Setup for aggresive mode, from public ip (6TC) to public ip (X700) using above encription, networks 192.168.0.0 (6TC)- 192.168.50.0.(X700)

Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

I think the default license for BOVPN's is 10 on FB700's. This seems to be number 11 on your BOVPN list. Do you have enought licenses?
