6509 password recovery and now switch is not

I did a password recovery on the 6509 and now it does not see blades 5,6,7.

another error message below:

invalid feature index set
and the status light for each of
those blades. Has anyone any knowledge of this problem.

Firstly what are the modules? Secondly can you see them in software?

Thanks for your reply. We were able to recover the pastword and we did have to recover the configuration.
