6402 on a G3R V9

I have all users getting only 2 rings, all other digital phones are working fine. Any suggestions????

Have you check the cover path of the phones in question. The number of rings might have been changes from 3 to 2.

Disp the station in question.

Look at the coverage path assigned.

disp the coverage path XX of the station and see how many rings there are.

This occurring only on 6402 phones, the 6408d+ phones with the same COR and ring setting is working properly. Thanks for the info though.

Status one of the stations in question.

Is there a restriction placed on that phone or is SAC on?

very strange problem.

Did this just happen or is this a new installation.

If this just happened, then type list history and see what has changed if any in your system that might be related.

Also in the change system coverage options there is an item there that messes up the 6402 phones, especially if you have a def Audix.

Keep held at SBA... is the one I am talking about.

Is that on or off?
