Hey all,

I have a client who set up a storage policy and identified subclients for the policy (direct to tape). Problem is when the jobs run automatically (as scheduled) we get the 62:1436 error?

When the job is kicked off manually it succeeds??

Any help on clearing this one up is greatly appreciated!
