Hardware spec : 616 DR5 DS and a Startalk Flash

Situation. The voicemail works internally meaning if someone answers the calls and transfer to transfer to voicemail.
However when a call is coming in from an outside line, it just keeps ringing - no voicemail. None of the other sets have CFWD enabled.

The AA is set to 0 rings and DRT = Vm DN after 1 ring.
Any ideas ?

do we have a service modes on..do we have lines set to answer = y ..rings = 0

If an individual voice mail box is supposed to be answering, check your forward no answer command for that set in system programming and be sure that it's forwarding to the pilot number for your voice mail system. The pilot number is determined by dialing F985. Also verify that the mailbox is assigned to that extension in system administration (F983). If the auto attendant is supposed to be answering, check operator status (F982, password operator) to verify that the auto attendant is turned on and answering lines. If your Flash system only has two channels and you have two people using voice mail, it has no way to answer incoming calls until one of those channels is freed up. I would also change the DRT to prime command to No and force the system to follow the forward no answer command for that set. Good luck!

We perform a system reset to factory default and this was the results. The AA now pickup lines 1 and 2 but not lines 3 to 6.

The lines are all configured identically .

Any suggestions ?
