I recently upgraded from a 412 to a 500 on 8.1. We are reusing all exsisting sets which include 4610, 5610, and 5621. I can not get the 5621's to upgrade! All of the other set types did but I can not seem to get these ones to go. Any ideas here?

Missing firmware files (x20d01a2_9_1.bin) in the tfpt/http server?
Maybe it does have the latest firmware ( is available for some time now )
