5610 IP phone volume fluctuates

In the above mentioned thread, it's mentioned to check the AGC settings. We have played with these, but the problem is still there. Has anyone found a fix for this yet?

It sounds like a network issue to me.
Or do you perhaps use the speakerphone.
The 5610 has a half duplex speaker phone so it will do this when both callers are talking at the same time.
