I bought some used 5602 phones. I am able to get them loggedinto my system using the *35 short code. My problem is if I lose power or reboot the IP Office the phones do not keep thier defult logins. They revert to some extension on the prvious system.

How do I change the default log in information on a 5602?

Try "mute" CLEAR (25327)# and next time read the manual first :)

Thanks for the advise - I am searching now trying to find this information in the knowledgebase. It seems I do not know how to find things in there - where is this type of information located?

or you can do a mute logoff to change the base ext and assign the correct one to it.
