I'm taking a stroll out tomorrow to see whats up but thought I would post anyways in case someone has already come across this. SOE 4T+4A+8DS=16V with 5420 phones. Been working fine for several weeks. One of the users is now having a problem when she tries to dial a call on speaker. When she hits the speaker its fine but as soon as she presses a key (any number key and both internal and external calls) it immediately hangs up. As I said its worked fine up until the end of the day today and no other phones are affected.
Seems kind of odd unless maybe she hit the headset button at some point and that did it(???)
