5410 + Transfer key don't work ????

Hi.

IPOffice Soft 3.1 (29)

We use phone 5410 and when i set key Appearance on 1 and 2 key, then key TRANSFER don't work.

You have any idea???

You need three appearance keys OR upgrade to 3.1.56 and use the RESERVE_LAST_CA= option.
This is documented in the online documentation of Avaya.
