I have a 5410 phone that is not showing any call logs. I went into Options: Log Setup to make sure all the logs were turned on. Any other ideas on what the problem might be?

It has 3 call appearance keys. This phone system has been in a little over a year and it was working fine. This issue just started recently and appears to be isolated to this one phone.

delete users profile. merge back. copy from a working profile / rename / extn etc of user u deleted. merge. try again.
