Does anyone know if a NT5C07AC MRP 50 amp rectifier if "hot pluggable" into a 600/48 power supply? My salesperson is saying yes, but I have never seen one of these before. I am being told this is a modular unit with 6 slots and each slot has a circuit breaker. I have a second person telling me that to add this, I need to power everything down and shut off the power to the 600/48 before adding this 6th rectifier.

Any thoughts?

Thanks
Rob

AS LONG AS THE BREALER IS OFF YOU CAN INSTALL IT, THEN YOU WILL NEED TO FOLLOW THE PROCEDURE TO ADJUST THE LOAD SHARE

Is there a breaker that corresponds to each of the six rectifier modules or are you referring to a breaker that feeds power to the 600/48? If the latter, than I would have to power everything down.

Thanks
