5.2 Client install 1

Installed 5.2 client with SP 3 on Windows XP workstation.
Running Pervasive 8.1 database. Connects to database ok. I can open all modules and save transactions. There is one problem. I'm missing the module header information. Where the company name and module should appear, I see Application (Object Name) and the Licensed to: User, Company, Dealer: Dealer. Has anyone seen this before and know how to resolve?
