ON 1 WORKSTATION CANNOT ACCESS A4W. ALL OTHERS OK. CANNOT ACCESS DATABASE ERROR 113. IS THIS SOMETHING TO DO THIS SYNCHRONISATION, WHICH I HAVE NOW TURNED OFF ON THIS MACHINE. IS SEMAPHOR.BIN PART OF OF THE PROB/SOLUTION.

Database version?
PC OS?
Local or network Accpac programs?

Typically, error 113 is a network permissions problem. Check that person's account in Active Directory.
