I've seen a lot of posts on this topic but I have not found the exact answer I'm looking for.

I have a customer running CM 5.2.1 and wants to use LDAP for a directory. I set up the CM server and we've identified the fields in the 46xxsettings.txt file we need. The customer has even set up a server for the .wml file. The question he is asking is if there is a defaul .wml file that Avaya provides or does he have to create a new one so that his users can access the LDAP directory. I've never done this before, so I'm not quite sure how this works.

Thanks.

Avaya has an LDAP directory application (PHP based) that you can get to work but it takes a little effort. You'll probably find it listed under some of the older releases of 46xx. You also need the 96xx patch. Would be nice if they updated the files but they incorporated it into the utility server on System Platform.
