4630 IP Phones

Is there somebody there encounter the problem with 4630 IP phones, it's booting but only display the "Loading Applications" and no even prompt for manual configuring the IP address.

The boot file is corrupt. Have the set replaced. With all IP sets you have to be very patient on the initial boot-up. If you interrupt the boot the set becomes useless.
