4621SW Turning off Beeps When Buttons Are Pushed

Does anyone know if it is possible to turn off the beeping noise when you are scrolling through the phone options? I have had sevaral users ask.

Quick update... I have the settings file set as follows but I do not see the option on the phone itslef. I am running firmware 2.91.
