You need to change he 46xxsettings.txt
Change the procstat and procstat password.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

You need to set up a TFTP server at "some random address" and up load a 46xxsettings file.

More specifically, a 46XXsettings file that contains the follwoing lines

SET PROCSTAT 0
SET OPSTAT 111
SET PROCPSWD

You may also need to apply a different firmware to the handset.

IS there a moral to this story?

I have always wished that my computer would be as easy to use as my telephone.
My wish has come true. I no longer know how to use my telephone.
