4621+, low volume on handsfree

I have a number of these handsets being used for conference calls. There appears to be no way to increase the microphone volume for when the phone is in handsree mode.
All these phones seem low volume. Calls are not clipped it just seems a volume issue
Using 8720 CM 3.0

can't you use the arrows on the left bottem side ?
normaly you can change the ringing volume and when on a call the volume of the call

Hi,

The arrows on the left are case sensitive, when not on a call it adjusts the ring volume, when on a call the speaker volume. But I want to increase the volume/gain of the internal microphone
