4621 for a call center

I ahve been asked by my call center agents that they would like to use the headset and handset at the same time for training purposes. This was a feature that was working with their old digital call masters and now that we moved them to 4621/4622 voip sets seems like it doesn't work anymore. I know that I can do service observe but is there a way to have the handset and headset working at the same time on the phone?

Smith Corona Telecoach, 2 headsets, not the option with headset and handset at the same time, but it works like a charm with 2 headsets. The mute buttons key as well.

Try using the Plantronics Training Y connector it allows
for 2 headsets to be used at the same time.

The trainer also has the ability to mute the one side
and it can be set to listen only.

With the 4621/22 you lose the option of using both the handset and head set at the same time.
