I ahve been asked by my call center agents that they would like to use the headset and handset at the same time for training purposes. This was a feature that was working with their old digital call masters and now that we moved them to 4621/4622 voip sets seems like it doesn't work anymore. I know that I can do service observe but is there a way to have the handset and headset working at the same time on the phone?
