4621 blank screen

4621 phone showing blank screen after going thru proper
booting sequence. please help in finding the problem?

Reboot the phone and make sure it is getting the right IP info. I have seen them go blank if they do not get the right call server info.

also make sure they are set up as a 4621 or 4620. If they are programmed as a 4612, they will only show a blank screen
